Kayleigh Richter BA, AIEMA, GradMCIWM.
Kayleigh's journey into sustainability first began when she was elected Ethical & Environmental officer of Winchester Student Union in 2016, in her third year at University.
Her job as Ethical & Environmental Officer mainly centred on the evaluation and the encouragement of behaviour change, with various initiatives created by the National Union of Students.
During her term in office she was invited to speak at the NUS Sustainability Roundtable addressing the question: How can we spark interest in Sustainability?
She also helped to conduct a wide scale Sustainability Audit with a workshop at ZSL London Zoo.
In the Summer of 2017 she was awarded the NUS Green Impact Special Award for Student Leadership.
Since completing University, Kayleigh has made it her mission to make her mark on the Isle of Wight.
A dedicated advocate of Sustainability and the Environment, Kayleigh has made it her mission to make her business a success here. Following this determination Kayleigh recently won a contract in July to help deliver two projects from the Isle of Wight Council's Access Fund.
These projects are called the 'Workplace Engagement Programme' and the 'Sustainable Transport Broker Programme'.
